Working with Camera Trap Data

This repository holds everything to manage and use the camera trap images and available tags.

You can clone the repository using:

$ git clone git@bitbucket.org:wegmannlab/ctdatamanagement.git

Data Management

When new images are recorded, they need to be added to the existing data. How to do this can be found in Data Organization.

Accessing Camera Trap data

The camera trap data and tags are managed through a databank. It can be used to query for any camera trap related data needed. How it is organized is found in the Database documentation the and how to connect to the database can be found in the Connecting to the database.
